6. Product Information and Documentation

Pepsource may provide product names, sizes, batch information, Certificate of Analysis details, lab results, purity information, or other product documentation when available.

Product documentation is provided for research and transparency purposes only. Test results apply only to the specific sample or batch tested and should be interpreted by qualified individuals within the scope of lawful laboratory research.

Available product documentation may be posted on our COA / Lab Results page. Pepsource makes reasonable efforts to present product information accurately, but we do not guarantee that all website information is error-free, complete, current, or uninterrupted at all times.

7. Independent Lab Test Refund Guarantee

Pepsource stands behind product quality and transparency. If a customer receives a vial that is independently tested by a qualified third-party testing agency and the report shows that the affected vial is below 98.0% purity or fails endotoxin testing, Pepsource will provide a full refund for the affected vial, subject to the requirements below.

Pepsource may request additional information to verify the report, product identity, batch identity, chain of custody, storage conditions, or order details. Pepsource reserves the right to deny claims involving altered reports, unverifiable testing, suspected tampering, sample mix-ups, misuse, improper storage, fraud, abuse, or reports that do not clearly match the product purchased from Pepsource.

This guarantee is intended to protect honest researchers and reinforce Pepsource’s commitment to quality. It is not a waiver of the research-use-only restrictions in these Terms.

8. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Pepsource. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. Pepsource may refuse, cancel, limit, or hold any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, regulatory concerns, shipping restrictions, policy violations, or product availability.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, account, and contact information. Pepsource is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost shipments, or order issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Payment must be received and approved before fulfillment. Prices, product availability, promotions, shipping options, and product listings may change without notice.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Pepsource works to process and ship orders as quickly as reasonably possible. Shipping timelines may vary based on order volume, carrier performance, holidays, weather, address issues, compliance review, payment review, and other operational factors.

Once an order is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing and tracking updates are controlled by the carrier. Pepsource is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, scanning delays, routing issues, failed delivery attempts, theft after delivery, or delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are generally final once an order has been processed, shipped, opened, or delivered. Pepsource cannot accept returns of opened, used, transferred, mishandled, contaminated, or improperly stored products.

Pepsource may provide a refund, replacement, or store credit in limited situations, including:

• Wrong item shipped due to Pepsource fulfillment error.
• Missing item due to Pepsource fulfillment error.
• Product arrives visibly damaged and is reported with photo evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
• Package is confirmed lost in transit after carrier review.
• A verified Independent Lab Test Refund Guarantee claim is approved under Section 7.

Pepsource does not guarantee refunds, replacements, or credits for change of mind, buyer error, refused delivery, incorrect address, improper storage, opened products, used products, delayed tracking updates, carrier delays, package theft after delivery, or products reported outside the applicable support window.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, you agree to contact Pepsource support first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in account restriction, order cancellation, denial of future sales, collection activity, and submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor, carrier, or relevant parties.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Pepsource products or website content for any unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.

• You may not purchase products using false information, fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment details, or unauthorized accounts.

13. Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. You agree to notify Pepsource if you suspect unauthorized access, account misuse, or incorrect order information.

Pepsource may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts associated with fraud, misuse, prohibited activity, chargeback abuse, false information, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.
