Pepsource SMS Support Alerts
Pepsource SMS Support Alerts are optional, low-volume operational text notifications sent only to authorized Pepsource support administrators. These alerts notify authorized administrators about website live chat activity and customer support activity on pepsource.net.
This SMS program is for internal operational support alerts only. It is not used for marketing, promotional messages, abandoned cart messages, sales campaigns, order promotions, lead generation, or public customer text messaging.
SMS consent is optional. Consent is not required to purchase products, create an account, access Pepsource services, complete any transaction, or receive customer support.
Only authorized Pepsource support administrators may use this form. The SMS consent checkbox below is not preselected and is not required. You may submit this form without consenting to SMS. If the checkbox is not selected, you will not be enrolled in Pepsource SMS Support Alerts.
Pepsource reviews authorized administrator information before enabling SMS Support Alerts. If the optional SMS consent checkbox was not selected, the administrator will not be enrolled in SMS messages.
Pepsource does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
