Who may purchase research compounds from Pepsource?

Are Pepsource products medications or dietary supplements?

What is a COA?

A COA, or Certificate of Analysis, is a document used to show testing information for a specific compound or batch. This may include purity, identity, appearance, and other analytical details depending on the testing performed.

What does lyophilized mean?

Lyophilized means freeze-dried. Many research compounds are supplied in a dry form to support stability during storage and shipping. Pepsource does not provide personal-use preparation, administration, or dosing instructions.

How should research compounds be stored?

Storage needs can vary by compound. In general, research materials should be stored in a cool, dry, dark environment and handled according to the product documentation, lab standards, and institutional research protocols.

Orders & Shipping

How fast does Pepsource ship orders?

Pepsource works to process and ship orders quickly. Shipping times may vary based on order volume, carrier activity, holidays, weather, and fulfillment timing.

Where does Pepsource ship?

What should I do if my tracking has not updated?

Carrier tracking can sometimes take time to update after a label is created or after a package is accepted. If tracking has not updated after a reasonable period, contact support with your order number and tracking number.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
