At Pepsource, we want every order to arrive safely, accurately, and in the condition expected.
Shipping
Orders are processed as quickly as possible during normal business days. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Pepsource is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Delivery Support
If your tracking does not show delivery, or if your order appears delayed, lost, or unable to be delivered, please contact us with your order number. We will review the tracking information and work with you to make it right.
If your order is not received after tracking review, we may issue a replacement shipment at our discretion.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged package, clear photos of the damaged item or items, and a brief description of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will send a replacement as quickly as possible when damage is verified.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If something is missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will review the issue and correct it as quickly as possible.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and chain-of-custody standards, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If there is an issue with your shipment, damaged items, or an incorrect order, please contact us so we can resolve it directly.
